1. How Much Does CookBookDough Cost?
That depends on the level you wish to earn to!
You can start for as little as $5 (plus payment processor fees) - this will allow you to earn for all personal sales along with sales on your first two levels of your team structure.
There are also 3 additional levels at $10, $15 and $25, which allow you to earn down farther in your geneology by increasing your maximum team structure size - all the way down to 11 levels.

2. Is the fee one-time or monthly?
This cost is every 30 days. Monthly payments are the only real way to residual earnings.
Paying this fee provides you with a "Paid" status, along with your CookBook of the Month!
This is not a subscription, so if you do not wish to continue there is nothing to cancel.
Once the 30 days is up you will be given 7 days to maintain your upgraded membership. This is "Due to pay" status.
If you have not made the payment by then you will be sent a reminder and will have 5 remaining days to pay. After that time expires you would be removed from the system.
Once you upgrade your 30 starts from your initial due date, not the day you pay.

3. What do I get for this fee?
Every month you remain paid you will be provided with a downloadable CookBook of the Month! There will be a new CookBook every month so each time you pay you will be getting this valuable product. If you have upgraded to a higher membership level, then you will also be eligible for additional resources, available in your members area.

4. Can I join for Free?
You can definitely join for free, but in order to participate in our direct sales commission structure you must contact admin first to have your account activated. This can take up to 10 business days. You will not be eligible for the commissions from your downline earnings, but will be eligible for personal sales.
To be eligible for ALL earnings immediately all you have to do is purchase the minimum level package and then you are instantly eligible to earn from our corresponding affiliate commission structure.
If you do not contact us within 7 days of signing up your account is removed automatically by the script - all FREE accounts are removed automatically.

5. What types of payment processors do you take?
Currently we take Alertpay, Liberty Reserve, SolidTrustPay and SafePaySolutions, which are all automatic, which means your account is updated immediately and you are fully activated.
You can use your credit card though Alertpay or SolidTrustPay. (Credit Cards are not accepted through SafePaySolutions due to their large fees for chargebacks)
We can also accept some other payment processors (like StrictPay), along with cheques or money orders. (contact us to use these other options).
To use Strictpay, log into your account and use the left hand link "manual payment methods".

6. What is your policy on issuing refunds?
If you are not satisfied with the our program, you can receive a full refund by submitting a support ticket within 48 hours of your initial purchase from within the member's area (not a public support ticket).
Your account will be removed from our system as soon as the refund is processed.
The refund will be to the original ecurrency account you purchased with and will have any earnings you collected deducted from this refund.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

7. How quickly do you pay commissions?
Your earnings will be paid within 5 business days of you requesting payment.
As soon as you have reached the minimum requirement of $5 in your account you can request the withdrawal from the Cash History link in your members area.
Make sure your payment details are filled out properly.

8. Am I allowed to purchase multiple positions?
For sure, this is especially great for different family members within the same household! You can even use the same email address for all your positions - you just need individual usernames.

9. What if I do not want to participate in your affiliate program?
That is no problem at all.
Our main focus is providing tasty recipes, personally hand-picked for a fair price.
The affiliate program is just a bonus to help grow our business and those of our Advertising Partners.

10. I have cash available in my account. Can I use it against my monthly upgrade fee or to PIF for other members?
You sure can.
For upgrading your own account just go to the payment page like you would normally do to upgrade and select "From my account cash balance" in the payment processor drop down menu.
To PIF, just put in a support request in the members area.
Note which member id(s) you want to upgrade and to what membership level and we will handle the rest.
You even save all transaction fees doing this, since there is no ecurrency provider involved.

11. Can I Upgrade To A Higher Level At Any Time To Earn on More Levels?
Unfortunately you can't. You need to wait until your Upgrade Expires to upgrade to a higher level. You can extend a current level at any time by an additional 30 days, but not go to a higher level.
That is why it is so important to upgrade to the proper level each time your upgrade.
If you do upgrade to a higher level upon expiry, you DO NOT earn on any current members in your downline that were not in your earning levels prior to your latest upgrade until their next payment.

For example, if you think you can get more than 12 members in your first month, through your own efforts or your team's, then you should probably upgrade to a higher level than just the $5 Cook Level.
Or if after your first month, you see you have 10 or more team members then you should probably upgrade to the $10 Chef Level.

12. I don't understand how to upgrade my account. Can you help me?
1) Once you have logged in, go to the Payment Page:

2) Select the level you want to upgrade to from the drop down box. The higher the level the more levels in the matrix you earn on and the more products you are given. You can go higher or lower the following month (but not until the following 30 days).

3) Select the payment processor you are using from the drop down box. (Alertpay, Liberty Reserve or SolidTrustPay)

4) Click "Preview", then "Ok" on the popup window.

5) Click "Pay Now" and they process your payment through the payment processor.

13. Why do you say not to use certain email addresses to signup here?
Some email clients consider signup verification emails to be SPAM as they come from an automatic email system. These clients that we say not to use are some of those. 99% of the time you will not get our verification email so you will not get signed up if you use these email addresses. We are just trying to ensure a smooth signup process. That is why we recommend gmail.com for your online email use - they do not block emails and they are very easy and powerful to use.

These are the worst offender when it comes to blocking your email for you:
AOL.com, SBCGLOBAL.net, COMCAST.net, BELLSOUTH.net, MSN.com, NETZERO.net, PRODIGY.net, YAHOO.com, HOTMAIL.com, LIVE.com, WINDSTREAM.net, NTELOS.net, FRONTIERNET.net, INBOX.com.

14. How long do I have to upgrade before my account is removed?
Free accounts are removed after 7 days if they have never been upgraded.
If your account was at one time upgraded, you are given notice of the downgrade and then given 7 days to re-upgrade. If after that 7 days you have not upgraded, you are given another notice and after 5 additional days your account is removed permanently and compression occurs.

15. There is a member in my downline who upgraded but i did not receive commissions from them. Why?
If a member is placed in your downline and they upgrade before you, then you do not earn on that payment.
If you remain upgraded and so do they, then you will earn on their next upgrade payment.
That is why it is important to become upgraded as soon as you can.
